BadgeFR is published by BadgeFR, who acts as the data controller for the processing described below. Contact: [contact email to be added].
BadgeFR does not offer account creation and does not require any personal data to browse the site (no email, no Twitch login required).
Like any website, our host (Vercel) automatically collects standard technical data on each visit: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and time. This data is used only to keep the site running, secure, and to measure basic traffic.
A technical cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) stores your language preference (French/English) so you don't have to set it again on every visit. It is not used for advertising or tracking purposes.
The site currently displays no advertising and uses no third-party analytics tool (e.g. Google Analytics, AdSense). If this changes, this page will be updated beforehand to detail the cookies added, and where required by law, a consent banner will be shown before any non-essential cookie is set.
Badge information displayed comes from Twitch's public API — no personal data about you is sent to Twitch through this, since you don't need to log in to use BadgeFR.
We do not sell or rent any personal data to third parties.
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., whose infrastructure may involve processing outside the European Union. Vercel applies standard contractual safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.
If you are an EU resident, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, contact us at: [contact email to be added].
This page may be updated, particularly if new features (user accounts, advertising) are added to the site. The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
